Gerry is the founder of Alberta Mortgages and the broker/owner registered with RECA. Gerry has been involved in all facets of the mortgage finance business, including planning and financing some of the largest development projects in Western Canada in areas as diverse as Fort McMurray, Alberta and Sicamous B.C. Gerry maintains a passion for the residential mortgage business, and gains great satisfaction from consulting with his clients to find the most suitable mortgage product to fit into their overall financial plan.
Gerry and his team help in excess of 500 clients each year to find the best mortgage solution to meet their own particular goals. Gerry prides himself on being accessible, he answers his own phone at the office, offers a cell phone connection through the company switchboard for after hours calls and endeavors to respond to all e-mail messages within 24 hours of receiving them. ZUHAIR SHLAH
Zuhair is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of progressively responsible positions in technology and business development. Most of Zuhair’s experience has been in the oil and gas and in professional consulting services.
He obtained his mortgage broker license after completing a number of constructions and financing projects and joined Alberta Mortgages in mid 2006. Zuhair’s dedication, experience and background enable him to meet the various requirements of his growing number of clients. Zuhair is a graduate in computer science form the University of Calgary.
